Anyway, last week I weighed in at 200.8 (OUCH), and this week I weighed in at 200.4.  I'm really getting discouraged, though I'm not really trying hard anymore.  So today, again, is a new day and I'll be counting my points more religiously I hope.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Total weight loss is &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;3.6 pounds&lt;/span&gt;! Anyway, last week I weighed in at 198.6, which was the same as the previous week, but this week I gain to 199.0. Now I'm on goal #4, and my goal is to make some yummy goodies to put in these adorable gift boxes I bought last week.  They look like mailboxes with a Christmas design on them.  They even have a movable flag on it.  Really nice and good size!  So I bought 4 of them, they were only $4 a piece, not to bad, and I figured I can stuff 4 quart size ziplock baggies in them.  So I'm going to have to make 4 different goodies.  What is it with 4?  This is my 4th goal, I bought 4 boxes to give to which holds 4 baggies &amp;amp; that cost $4, huh, that's pretty funny.  Anyway the first thing I'm going to make and I have to state, I've never made before, but sister-in-law made them for me last year and they were yummy. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. This year, I'm going to try to do one of her crafts for Thanksgiving.  Since, I always do the idea in my head and never actually do it, I've decided to make this one of my goals, which are table place cards for Thanksgiving dinner.  We're going to have quite a few people over for dinner, so the first thing I'm going to do is write down the list of people so I know exactly how many I need to make! I ate out a lot last week, so I think that has something to do with it. I have tried losing weight many times and with little to no success.  Now I do have a blog about the struggles of my weight, but I had to post it here to since it is something I haven't achieve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Starting last week my mom and I decided to do the Weight Watchers system together.  By having both of us doing it and being there for each other, we figure we would have better chance of losing weight, and you know what?  This first week was AWESOME! I forgot to stir the mix.  But it's ok, I did stir it today and made my first ever Amish Friendship Bread!  First I separated it so I can share the starter with my friends.  Then I continued with the recipe, which is...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;1 c. Amish friendship bread starter&lt;br /&gt;2/3 c. oil&lt;br /&gt;3 eggs&lt;br /&gt;2 c. flour&lt;br /&gt;2 tsp. baking powder&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp. baking soda&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp. salt&lt;br /&gt;2 tsp. vanilla&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;1 c. sugar  &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Bake in 2 well greased and sugared 9"x5" bread pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. My first goal is pretty simple, or in my mind I think it will be.  I'm going to have to commit to a daily agenda.  I'm making an Amish Friendship Bread Starter.  This is a 10 day cycle of adding ingredients and stirring.  Should be pretty simple.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here is the recipe:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ingredients&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;3 cups sugar&lt;br /&gt;3 cups flour&lt;br /&gt;3 cups milk&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Directions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On Day 1: In glass or plastic bowl, combine 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour and 1 cup milk. Stir mixture with wooden or plastic spoon (don't use metal spoon or electric mixer). Cover bowl loosely with paper towel, cloth, wax paper or plastic wrap. Keep at room temperature (don't refrigerate).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On Days 2, 3 and 4: Using wooden or plastic spoon, stir mixture once each day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On Day 5: Add 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour and 1 cup milk; stir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On Days 6, 7, 8 and 9: Using wooden or plastic spoon, stir mixture once each day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On Day 10: Add 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour and 1 cup milk. Remove 3 cups of mixture and give 1 cup each to three friends. What is an underachiever?  Well Wikipedia definition of an underachiever is&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center; font-style: italic;"&gt;"...a person and especially a student who fails to achieve&lt;br /&gt;his or her potential or does not do as well as expected".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yeap, that's me!  I have found myself as a person who starts many projects and never finishing them.  I have all these ideas in my head, but never act on them.  I always believe I'll get something done, whether it's house cleaning, teaching my children, losing weight or starting a new way to bring in some extra money.  I seem to do well at first, but then it comes to a halt.   Have I always been doing this?  Not as bad as I have been in the past 4-5 years.  I had more motivation when I was working and mingle with other people on a daily bases.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now, I'm a SAHM of 3 wonderful boys and the only mingling I really do is online.  I'll visit a friend about once every other week which sometimes is hard to do.  I write blogs about every other day.  Speaking of blogs, I tend to fail in that as well.  Do you know how many blogs I've started then deleted because I lost interest in it?  A lot.  Though I do have a few that have been hanging in there.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So one night I asked my future husband (yeap, that's another thing I haven't completed yet), what is my special talent?  What can I offer the world?  We laid in bed thinking up some answers.  Nothing would come to mind.  So between the both of us, we did think of how I've started this project and that project but never completed them.  Adam suggested, how about a blog about that.  At first I thought, no way, who would want to read about that kind of a blog.  But the more I thought about it, the more I started thinking, yes, that's what I should do.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This blog is for me and the purpose is to become an achiever instead of an underachiever.  I will be posting my struggles and my accomplishments.  I will be using this blog as accountablitly for me.
